10 Scratchmen Apoo
Apoo is the captain of the On Air Pirates who joined the ranks of the Beasts Pirates at an unknown time. He likely serves as one of the Headliners of the crew, meaning he has authority close to that of Basil Hawkins.
Apoo is a powerful pirate who had a bounty of 198 million berries before the time-skip. Currently, he has a 350 million berries bounty on his head. The true extent of his powers remains to be unknown.
9 Ulti
One of the members of the Tobi Roppo, Ulti is the elder sister of Page One and likely a former Pirate Captain. Little is known about her, aside from her personality being erratic, however, the fact that she is among the Flying Six means that she's a cut above the rest of the Headliners.
Ulti's Zoan powers haven't been revealed to us yet, but she most definitely possesses one.
8 Page One
Ulti's younger brother, Page One is among the Flying Six of Kaido as well. He possesses an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit called Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Spinosaurus.
As the name suggests, the Devil Fruit lets him transform into a Spinosaurus at will, making him several times stronger than his human form. Page One fought Sanji in the second Act of Wano and was overwhelmed.
7 Black Maria
Another member of the Tobi Roppo, Black Maria is an extremely huge woman, although not quite a giant. She towers over the likes of the All-stars and is comparable to Kaido and Big Mom in size.
Like Ulti, she hasn't had much revealed about her yet, but with time, she'll demonstrate exactly why she's one of the Flying Six of Kaido.
6 X Drake
Drake is a Marine who infiltrated the Beasts Pirates during the two-year time-skip and rose to the rank of the Flying Six, thanks to his tremendous power. He has eaten the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus, allowing him to become the creature itself.
Drake is also a capable Haki user, as seen when he took care of Caribou without any trouble at all. Drake fought Sanji in the Rasetsu district of the Flower Capital momentarily and appeared to have the upper hand. His true strength remains to be seen.
5 Sasaki
Sasaki is a former Pirate Captain who, at some point, joined Kaido and the Beasts Pirates. Since the crew is basically a meritocracy, he rose through the ranks quite quickly and became a Tobi Roppo member.
Sasaki aims to become an All-star by taking down one of Jack, Queen, or King. He's portrayed to be one of the strongest of the Tobi Roppo.
4 Who's Who
Who's Who is a former Pirate Captain, just like Sasaki, and he joined the Beasts Pirates at an unknown time in the past. He appears to be the strongest of the Tobi Roppo and his aim is to take down Queen the Plague and take his place.
Who's Who's Devil Fruit powers haven't been revealed to the fans yet, however, he's likely a ferocious fighter.
3 Jack
Jack is the weakest of the All-stars of Kaido's crew yet a man with mammoth strength. He has a bounty of 1 billion berries on his head, thanks to the barbaric acts that he has committed.
Jack wields the power of the Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth, which is an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit that allows him to turn himself into a Mammoth at will. Jack was able to fight against the Dukes of Zou which goes to show that he's a capable fighter.
2 Queen
Also known as Queen the Plague, he's one of Kaido's most powerful men, behind only King. Queen is a very strong pirate with a bounty of 1.32 billion berries on his head.
He has the powers of the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus which grants him staggering strength. He was able to tank a couple of hits from a Yonko, which shows that he's no pushover.
1 King
King the Wildfire is the strongest member of the Beasts Pirates right after Kaido himself. He is the strongest of the All-stars and he possesses the powers of the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon. This Devil Fruit grants him the power to transform into a giant Pteranodon at will along with providing great durability and recovery.
King is a fearsome fighter who is an equal to the likes of Katakuri and Benn Beckman in strength. Undoubtedly, he's the strongest pirate under Kaido.
