The worlds of One Piece and Hunter x Hunter are two parallel worlds that may never align. They have so much difference between them with only so little similarities. Having said so, there’s one premise that both worlds are more or less based on, fighting – the essence of most relevant shonen series. As these two series operate on different sets of laws that govern combat, comparing the power levels of two individuals whilst being completely accurate might prove hard, although not impossible.
Killua is one of Hunter x Hunter’s most prominent characters, and he is for good reasons. His strength can not be refuted, but he is in no way invincible. If he were to throw hands with some of these One Piece characters, there’s a good chance he would get the shorter end of the stick.
10 Can Defeat: Usopp
Oda repeatedly stated that Usopp is and will always be the weakest amongst the Straw Hats. He is more about technique rather than the conventional anime battles. Were a fight between Usopp and Killua to happen, then it would most certainly end in Usopp’s defeat.
The gap in speed, and every other physical capability for that matter, is just too vast. Usopp might make the fight interesting to watch, but it would not be especially competitive.
9 Can Not: Zoro
Killua’s Nen abilities mainly grant him a short burst of strength that allows him to overwhelm his opponents. With that in mind, one of Zoro’s strong points is his inhumane durability – he just won’t go down through normal means.
Speed can amount to nothing if no damage was being delivered, and that’s assuming Killua can damage Zoro at all. Observational Haki grants Zoro a sharp edge against Killua’s Godspeed.
8 Can Defeat: Chopper
Chopper is the doctor of the Straw Hat crew. Thus naturally, his mastery lies in treating damage rather than inflicting it. But with all said and done, Chopper is not an opponent to underestimate either. His Monster Point, in particular, has a very notable defense.
Chopper will only stand a chance against Killua if he activates Monster Point. A feat he would struggle to pull off considering who he is up against.
7 Can Not: Sanji
Sanji and Killa are both speed-based combatants, with the latter having a slight edge over the former. Having said so, a slight edge with regards to speed doesn’t necessarily mean that Killua is superior to Sanji.
According to Rayleigh, with Observational Haki one can even keep up with the speed of light, let alone Killua’s Godspeed. Additionally, Sanji’s raid suit provides a defense tough enough to shrug off most of Killua’s casual blows.
6 Can Defeat: Nami
While it’s true that Oda considers Usopp as the weakest among the crew, the One Piece community favors Nami. Without Zeus, whose thunder attacks would have minimum effects on Killua, Nami would be powerless against the young assassin.
Moreso, Nami's physical capabilities are just above – if not the same as – normal people; even Usopp has a harder skin than her. Killua would sense that Nami is not a threat and end this battle quickly.
5 Can Not: Enel
Enel is a self-proclaimed god with abilities that back up his claims, at least to some extent. Between these two, a proper battle wouldn’t even happen. Killua can use electricity, but Enel is electricity. The two are pretty much on different leagues with that regard.
As Enel is immune to physical attacks, Killua’s chances of scoring a win are just about nil. Not everyone is lucky enough to be made out of rubber.
4 Can Defeat: Moria
If Moria was in his prime, then this battle's winner would be hard to predict. But in his current condition, Moria would not stand a chance against Killua. Moria allowed himself to be corroded by his own laziness. He cannot fight without over-relying on his Devil Fruit.
Even then, Moria’s sloppy zombies are no match for Killua’s speed. This would be an easy victory for Killua.
3 Can Not: Doflamingo
The Heavenly Demon, Doflamingo, is one of the toughest characters in One Piece, and most Yonko commanders can not hold a candle to his radiance. Three types of Haki, an overpowered Devil Fruit ability, and decades of experience are more than enough to overwhelm Killua in but an instant.
Frankly, it wouldn’t even qualify as a fight if these two were to confront each other. The gap in abilities is just that vast.
2 Can Defeat: Arlong
As the main antagonist of the East Blue saga, Arlong has some credibility to him. But unfortunately, one can not win battles with credibility alone. Arlong does not have what it takes to defeat Killua, or even compete with him for that matter.
The Fishman in question also happens to have no proficiency in Haki whatsoever, which makes him an even easier target to defeat. This one would be Arlong’s loss.
1 Can Not: Luffy
As strong and badass Killua is, he can not hope to compete with the rubbery man. In terms of overall strength, Luffy stands almost at the top of the world of One Piece; above most other forces, and below only the Yonko. Comparing him to Admirals would in no way be overestimating his capabilities – Luffy is just that strong!
Even the pre-timeskip Luffy would be able to contend with, if not outright defeat Killua.
