The eleven Supernovas that gathered on Sabaody Archipelago before the Summit War managed to gain unparalleled popularity. They would later come to be known as the Worst Generation. All the Supernovas are considered to be a huge threat by the World Government. Apoo is one of the Eleven Supernovas.
He is the captain of the On-Air Pirates. He possesses an unnamed devil fruit that is linked to music. The only way for an opponent to dodge the music attacks is by covering their ears, which makes Apoo a proper nuisance to fight against. He boasts of a bounty of 350 million beris, and currently, he's a member of the Animal Kingdom Pirates. Despite being a Supernova, there are several characters who are stronger than him.
10 Monkey D. Luffy
Monkey D. Luffy is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates. Like Apoo, Luffy is a member of the Worst Generation. Luffy ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi, which turned his body rubbery.
He has greatly improved his control over his devil fruit, which enabled him to create "gears," and thus, allowed him to fight against stronger enemies. Ever since Luffy learned about Haki, he has continued to work on it that has turned him into one of the best Haki users in One Piece. With his Haki and devil fruit ability, Luffy can easily defeat Apoo.
9 Queen
Queen is one of the All-Stars of the Animal Kingdom Pirates. With a bounty of over 1 billion beris, he is a fearsome pirate who is respected by all of his subordinates.
Queen possesses the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus, which is an ancient zoan type devil fruit. The devil fruit grants Queen insane stamina, strength, and resilience. Apoo is probably a headliner and it is obvious that Queen is miles ahead of the Supernova when it comes to both strength and music.
8 Charlotte Cracker
It is easy to forget about Cracker's fight with Luffy at Whole Cake Island. For the majority of the fight, Cracker had the upper hand. Luffy had a torrid time while dealing with Cracker's biscuit soldiers.
Cracker's Armament Haki made the soldiers extremely durable and allowed them to tank Luffy's attacks. Also, Cracker managed to defeat Urouge, who is another strong rookie.
7 Portgas D. Ace
One of the biggest misconceptions among One Piece fans is that Ace was weak, but it couldn't be further from the truth. The Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates had the potential to become the most dangerous pirate, and this potential was recognized by Whitebeard.
Even the Marines agreed that Ace needed to be killed so that he didn't become a nuisance in the future. Ace had all three types of Haki and an excellent devil fruit to go along with it. He managed to fight against Aokiji without any trouble and it is difficult to imagine him struggling against Apoo.
6 Boa Hancock
Also known as the "Pirate Empress", Boa Hancock made a name for herself during her very first voyage. With the power of the Mero Mero no Mi, it is almost impossible to stop Boa.
Her devil fruit basically turns anyone into stone who has any sort of lust, and it is nigh impossible to defend against. Since Boa belongs to the famous Kuja tribe who are renowned for their Haki, it is plausible to assume that her Haki is also top-notch.
5 Dracule Mihawk
Next up on the list is Dracule Mihawk. He is the bearer of the title of the "Strongest Swordsman in the World." Mihawk used to be rivals with Shanks before the latter became a Yonko, and their duels are considered to be legendary. Mihawk possesses Yoru, a Saijo O-Wazamono grade sword and it is befitting since he is the strongest swordsman.
He has fought against Vista, Crocodile, Shanks, and countless others so far and no one has managed to defeat him. All the evidence points towards an easy win for Mihawk.
4 Charlotte Katakuri
When it comes to power, Charlotte Katakuri is second only to Big Mom. Katakuri is the strongest Sweet Commander of the Big Mom Pirates and he has cultivated a reputation of being unbeatable over the years. As a veteran fighter, Katakuri has extraordinary control over his devil fruit as well as Haki, and with the future sight, he can dodge any attack.
Katakuri proved to be a nuisance for Luffy, who needed to use a new form of Gear Fourth as well as future sight to defeat him. Apoo stands no real chance if he goes up against Charlotte Katakuri.
3 Sabo
Sabo is the second strongest member of the Revolutionary Army. His exploits have made him famous throughout the world and cemented his reputation as one of the best fighters. He uses a special technique named Dragon Claw to fight against his opponents. The attacks are imbued with very strong Haki which can easily overwhelm several people in a fight.
In addition to his incredible Haki, Sabo has the powers of the Mera Mera no Mi at his disposal which grants him another option if Haki based attacks fail.
2 Eustass Kid
Eustass Kid is the captain of Kid Pirates. He had the highest bounty among all the Supernovas when they gathered at Sabaody Archipelago. Kid possesses an unnamed devil fruit that allows him to manipulate magnetic forces.
He is one of the few pirates who have managed to injure a Yonko Commander. At Wano, Kid made Apoo pay for the betrayal and he had no difficulty whatsoever in doing so.
1 Akainu
The final character on the list is Akainu. Akainu proved his strength as a fighter when he went up against the Whitebeard Pirates at Marineford. He managed to tank attacks of Whitebeard, Marco, Vista, and Crocodile while showing no signs of stopping. His devil, Magu Magu no Mi, has one of the highest destructive powers in One Piece.
After the Summit War, Akainu fought against Aokiji and defeated him after seven days; this won him the position of the Fleet Admiral. It is obvious that Akainu is way out of Apoo's league.
