The world of One Piece is ruled by the Four Emperors, who are are the strongest pirates in the world. It is said that the strength of an Emperor is only rivaled by their peers. Kaido is one of the Four Emperors and currently, he rules over the land of Wano.
Kaido's indestructibility landed him the title of the "World's Strongest Creature." The source of his indestructibility lies in his Devil Fruit, a Mythical Zoan-type that allows him to transform into a dragon. It grants him insane strength and nigh impenetrable skin, and there are precious few Devil Fruits that can compare. However, there are certain Devil Fruits that act as a perfect counter to Kaido's own type.
10 CAN COUNTER: Gura Gura no Mi
Gura Gura no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit and it is currently in possession of Blackbeard, one of the Yonko. The Devil Fruit is the most destructive, and it quite rightly is said to have the potential to destroy the world.
The quakes that are caused by this Devil Fruit can easily wipe out an army. Kaido's Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit grants him immense durability, but it would be foolish to presume that the quakes won't be able to bypass the durability.
9 CAN HANDLE: Wara Wara no Mi
It is the Devil Fruit of Basil Hawkins, who is a member of the Worst Generation. It is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit with some rather interesting abilities. One of the abilities of the Devil Fruit is that the user can basically escape death, and not just once but several times, however, there is a limit.
Adding to this, the Wara Wara no Mi can freely create and manipulate straw, however, this Devil Fruit lacks strength. So, Kaido would have no trouble at all with dealing with the average abilities of the Wara Wara no Mi.
8 CAN COUNTER: Yami Yami no Mi
It would be fair to say that the Yami Yami no Mi is the most powerful Devil Fruit in One Piece. It is a unique Logia-type devil with some insane abilities. The Devil Fruit gives its user the ability to create and control darkness. The darkness has gravity which can take in any attack if the user correctly predicts the timing of the attack.
The Yami Yami no Mi can also nullify the Devil Fruit ability of the target, which leaves them vulnerable. The only drawback of this Devil Fruit is that its user loses his own intangibility. If Blackbeard managed to touch Kaido, he could easily nullify the effects of his Devil Fruit and then easily get rid of the Emperor.
7 CAN HANDLE: Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix
This Devil Fruit was eaten by Marco, the former First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. Since it is a Mythical Zoan type Devil Fruit, it is considered to be among the rarest in the series.
Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix is among the few Devil Fruits that grant its user the ability of flight. However, what makes it truly special is that its user can recover from any sort of injury, and the blue flames can also heal others. This Devil Fruit cannot hurt Kaido and so it would not be a problem at all for the Yonko to deal with Marco.
6 CAN COUNTER: Magu Magu no Mi
Magu Magu no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit, which is currently wielded by Akainu. The Devil Fruit enables its user to create magma and manipulate it.
It is said to have one of the highest offensive powers among Devil Fruits. Akainu was able to match the power of Whitebeard's Devil Fruit enhanced punches. It is quite obvious that Akainu can match the strength of Kaido's dragon form.
5 CAN HANDLE: Mochi Mochi no Mi
Mochi Mochi no Mi is a special Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, that also grants its user some of the properties of a Logia-type. It was eaten by Charlotte Katakuri, who is one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates.
With the power of the Devil Fruit, Katakuri can create mochi at will. The Devil Fruit has fairly high offensive power, but it isn't enough to cause damage to Kaido's body.
4 CAN COUNTER: Ope Ope no Mi
A lot of fans believe that the Ope Ope no Mi is the strongest Devil Fruit in the series and they have a lot of evidence to back that claim. It is the Devil Fruit of Trafalgar Law. The Ope Ope no Mi allows Law to perform even the most complex surgeries and it can also grant immortality to any other person albeit it comes at the cost of the user's own life.
The Devil Fruit can easily bypass the ability of any other Devil Fruit if the target is within the ROOM created by Law. He would have no trouble bypassing all the properties of Kaido's Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit.
3 CAN HANDLE: Gomu Gomu no Mi
Gomu Gomu no Mi is the most well-known Devil Fruit in the series because it belongs to Luffy. The Devil Fruit turned Luffy's body rubbery and made it more endurable. It also allows Luffy to push his body beyond limits, which is pivotal to the creation of gears.
The Devil Fruit is not special at all and it is due to Luffy's hard work that he has managed to take on and beat super-strong opponents up till now. Without Haki, Luffy can never hurt Kaido.
2 CAN COUNTER: Pika Pika no Mi
The Devil Fruit belongs to Navy Admiral Kizaru. It is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to freely manipulate light. With the power of Pika Pika no Mi, Kizaru overwhelmed several Supernovas at Marineford.
Pika Pika no Mi is a frightening Devil Fruit and a single attack can easily decimate a person in seconds. While recent arcs have not shown how powerful Kizaru has become, one has to assume he is considerably stronger than he was prior to the timeskip.
1 CAN HANDLE: Hana Hana no Mi
Robin's Hana Hana no Mi is a strange but powerful Devil Fruit. Nico Robin can sprout different parts of her body anywhere, which allows her to catch her opponents off-guard.
The limbs that she sprouts have the same strength as Robin's own. Even with so many limbs, Robin would not be able to stop or damage Kaido. The Straw Hat pirate would be better off running away from the Emperor.
