One Piece: Strongest Characters Without Haki

Haki is one of the most important powers in the world of One Piece. Introduced properly towards the end of the first half of the story, it was described as a power that dwells within everyone in the world. Most people have access to two types, the first one being Observation Haki, which allows people to sense things, and the second being Armament Haki, a power that allows the user to manifest their spirit and use it as a weapon or an armor.

However, not every strong character in the story has been shown to be a Haki user. Here are 10 strongest One Piece characters without this power.

10 Scratchmen Apoo

One of the Worst Generation members, Apoo is an incredibly powerful character and he has a bounty of 350 million berries to show for it. Currently, he's working under Kaido but isn't one of the Tobiroppo yet.

Apoo has powers related to music that allows him to attack anyone who hears his music immediately. However, his powers are ineffective once the opponent plugs their ears. Once the element of surprise wears off, taking on Apoo in battle isn't all that difficult.

9 Carrot

Carrot is one of the members of Inuarashi's Musketeers and she's been traveling with the Straw Hat crew for quite a long time now. Being a Mink, she's a natural-born fighter who can take on most of your average foes in the One Piece world without too much trouble.

Using her Sulong transformation, Carrot becomes strong enough to fight and overwhelm an entire fleet with strong characters such as Daifuku. Although she doesn't use Haki, her usage of electro is quite impressive.

8 Nico Robin

Another member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Robin is an incredibly powerful character who has the ability to sprout her body parts from anywhere, thanks to the Hana Hana no Mi. Although she's one of the strongest in the crew, Robin doesn't seem to possess the power to use Haki.

Her skill is great enough to suppress characters as strong as Cavendish. During the Onigashima Raid, Robin was able to throw Big Mom out of the main battleground.

7 Nami

Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates and someone who is often considered to be one of the weakest characters in the crew. While Nami doesn't have great physical strength, she makes up for it with her mind, easily being one of the smartest characters in the series.

Her usage of the Climatact is impeccable and with Zeus on her side, she was able to damage Big Mom, a Yonko, multiple times. Nami is easily one of the most underrated Strawhats and also among the fiercest.

6 Franky

The shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates, Franky is a cyborg who comes from the South Blue. He is one of the strongest members of the crew and although he hasn't displayed his full power after the time-skip, a glimpse of it was given to the fans at Onigashima.

Franky was able to run over Big Mom, a Yonko, with a motorcycle and what's even more impressive is that he took out one of the Numbers, whose powers were comparable to Oars from Thriller Bark, in one hit using his Radical Beam.

5 Capone 'Gang' Bege

Another pirate with a 350 million berries bounty, Bege is a Worst Generation member who captains the Firetank Pirates. He worked under Big Mom for quite a while and then attempted to assassinate her.

Bege's power is that of the Shiro Shiro no Mi which allows him to turn his body into a fortress at will and store things within it as well. His strongest technique, known as Big Father, was able to tank several hits from a Yonko, which is extremely impressive. Its firepower remains to be seen for now.

4 Jewelry Bonney

A pirate with a bounty of 140 million berries before the time-skip, Jewelry Bonney is one of the Worst Generation members who was introduced to the fans during the Sabaody Archipelago arc.

She is a woman with the power of an unnamed Devil Fruit that lets her alter anyone's age according to her will with a mere touch. It is, undoubtedly, one of the most lethal powers in One Piece and could end nearly any fight with just a bit of skill.

3 Crocodile

Crocodile was a former Shichibukai who held a bounty of 81 million berries before it was eventually frozen. Currently, he roams the New World but his exact whereabouts remain unknown.

Crocodile is one of the strongest characters without Haki, thanks to the power of his Suna Suna no Mi. His ability is lethal in nearly every way and could kill any enemy standing in his path within seconds. It is also possible that he's learned how to use Haki after the time-skip.

2 Urouge

Also known as the Mad Monk, Urouge is a Birkan who traveled to the Blue Sea at some point in the story. He's the captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates and a Worst Generation member as well.

Although Urouge had the lowest bounty among the Supernovas before the time-skip, he went on to do some things afterward as he took down Sweet Commander Snack, a man worth 600 million berries. A man that capable is worthy of being this up the list.

1 Yamato

The son of Kaido, Yamato is a man with incredible powers up his sleeve. He was recently introduced in the story and quickly became an integral part of the Wano Country arc. Having allied with Luffy, Yamato plans to take down his own father, Kaido.

His strength hasn't been fully revealed, however, he was powerful enough to knockout Ulti, one of Kaido's Tobiroppo with just one hit. Later on, he was seen as being able to keep up with Ulti without even going all-out.
