10 Most Rewatchable Bleach Episodes

Bleach became one of the acclaimed Big Three because of its characters and action sequences. The original anime aired from 2004 to 2012, but the series returned in 2022 with The Thousand-Year Blood War Arc. As a result, Bleach currently has 392 total episodes. This includes filler episodes. Most of Bleach's episodes are good for a one-time watch, but there are a few episodes that are worthy of being rewatched multiple times.

When it comes to Bleach, the most rewatchable episodes tend to feature a lot of action. Many manga readers like this episode because it features action that was never seen before. The episode shows just how skilled the members of Squad Zero are, which is something that the manga failed to do. The episode even includes two extremely overpowered and never-before-seen Bankai, which is something many Bleach fans love to see.

Aizen was built up to be an all-powerful villain, and Episode 293 shows just how strong he is. When the episode first aired, it really felt like no one would be able to stand in Aizen's way.

Their fight is filled with quick close-quarters combat, and they each get big blows in. Grimmjow may have dominated Ichigo in their first encounter, but Episode 166 is his best outing because he fights at maximum power. The episode is great for Ichigo fans as well because he is finally able to use his Hollow Mask effectively.

The highlight of the episode is Yamamoto's Bankai. Bleach fans wanted to see Yamamoto's Bankai for a long time, and Episode 372 delivered. The Bankai's effects look spectacular and Yamamoto looks like a true monster while using it. The episode also includes a major twist which leads to Yamamoto's shocking and unexpected death.

The ensuing fight is fast-paced and surprisingly violent. Ichigo fights Ulquiorra with a level of brutality that no one could have predicted, and he has not fought like that since. The episode showed how dangerous and powerful Ichigo's inner Hollow really is.

This is the only time Ichigo uses his intimidating dark bandaged form, and at the time, it was believed to be his strongest form. For many Bleach fans, Aizen is the one-and-only final villain, and his defeat in episode 309 marks what would have been the perfect ending for the series.
